Do you offer product customization and private label manufacturing?
Yes. We provide complete OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. Buyers can share their design concepts, or we can develop products based on your requirements, themes, and brand guidelines.
How long is your sampling and production timeline?
- Sampling: 2– 3 weeks depending on complexity.
- Production: 90-120 days after final sample approval and order confirmation for the first order and 90 days avg. for repeat orders
We also maintain fast-track options for priority projects.
What certifications and compliances do you have?
We meet international safety and quality standards for toys, including:

We have a dedicated QC team monitoring every step of production, from raw material sourcing to final packaging. Our facilities follow AQL standards and undergo both internal audits and buyer audits regularly.
What are your payment terms?
30% advance, 70% before shipment
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome client visits. Our factory is located in India and is fully compliant for international buyers. We can also arrange virtual factory tours on request.
How do I start working with Nomad Originals?
- Share your requirements (product designs, range, or themes). We work with serious enquiries only and mostly do charge a sampling fee
- Our team will develop samples and quotations.

Can you develop a toy from just an idea or sketch?
Yes you can, but there is a higher sampling charges incurred in this case which needs to be paid before sampling begins.
Can you handle packaging and barcoding?
Absolutely. We provide custom packaging solutions (hang tags, polybags, display boxes, seasonal gift packaging) and ensure barcode, labelling, and retail compliance as per buyer requirements.
How do you manage confidentiality and IP protection?
We respect buyer confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs. All proprietary designs and IP shared with us remain exclusive to the buyer.
Do you have a ready-stock program?
Yes. We maintain a curated collection of ready-to-ship designs for quick orders or last-minute retail requirements. These typically ship within 30 days of PO.
