Monika Dhingra didn’t set out to build a toy empire. She simply wanted to educate her daughters and stand tall again—after life threw its toughest challenges her way. With just ₹4,500 in her pocket, no factory, and no team, Monika began crafting products by hand on the floor of a small room in Delhi.
From those first handmade pieces to now exporting Indian toys across the globe, her journey has been anything but ordinary.
A Business Born Out of Purpose
Monika’s first creations weren’t just toys—they were symbols of survival. With grit, faith, and an eye for timeless Indian craftsmanship, she turned adversity into action. Slowly, what began as a means to support her family became a mission to bring joy, color, and culture into homes around the world.

A Woman on a Mission
At 50, Monika still begins each day with purpose. After recovering from a major accident and surgery, she cycles an hour a day, goes to physiotherapy, and leads from the front. Even while navigating financial hurdles, she’s setting up strong systems, mentoring young talent, and shaping the company’s next leap: scaling from ₹14 crore to ₹100 crore in turnover.
